Solar panels
25 years performance
Manufacturer's performance warranty on Tier-1 panels, plus product warranty against defects.
Inverter
5 to 10 years
Manufacturer warranty, depending on the brand and model. We handle the claim for you.
Lithium battery
5 to 10 years
Manufacturer warranty on LiFePO4 batteries, subject to the brand's cycle limits.
Mounting structure
5 years
Against rust and structural defects on galvanised structures installed by SN Solar.
Workmanship
1 year
Wiring, earthing and installation work by our team, with free repair of any fault in our work.
After installation
After-sales service
Free check-up visit
A free inspection of wiring, earthing and inverter settings during the first year.
Complaint desk with ticket number
Every problem gets a ticket so you can track it until it is fixed.
Monitoring app setup
We connect your inverter to Wi-Fi and show you how to read daily production.
Net-billing paperwork
Help with the LESCO application and documents for your net-billing connection.
Terms
- Keep your invoice and warranty card; they are needed for every claim.
- Manufacturer warranties are claimed through SN Solar and follow the manufacturer's decision.
- Damage from floods, fire, lightning, tampering or changes by others is not covered.
- Report problems through the complaint form or WhatsApp to get a ticket number.
